Stick the bib number to the front of your top as you peel the backing off, this will prevent it curling and sticking to itself.
Please arrive no more than 30 mins before your start.
Parking is charged £5 per car, please have change ready for our parking marshals.
Toilets are provided at the venue. Please look for the signs or ask a member of staff.
Participants can leave bags (£2 per item) at the bag drop tent located near the start.
Once you have your bib number on your front you are ready to start, you do NOT have to register on the day.
Sensible running shoes and a long sleeve top is recommended. Bring a rain jacket if wet weather is forecast. We love to see runners in fancy dress, so don’t hold back! Please do not wear any sharp jewellery or carry sharp objects that could cause injury.
Under 16’s must be accompanied by a participating paying adult around the course.
Friends and family are welcome to come along and watch in the designated areas only for no extra charge. Spectators cannot roam around the entire course. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at our events.
Spectators are asked to keep off the marked out course and must not go on the obstacles. Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
Warm up session will take place just before every start. Please join in the warm up 5 min before your start time.
Listen out for your wave time being called and make your way to the start tent.
Marshals will scan your bib number to allow you access to the start line. Participants will be set-off in small groups by our start marshals.
Follow the cones around the course, keep red cones on the right & blue on the left. Arrows will also be positioned along the way to help you around the route.
Marshals will be positioned at all our obstacles, please listen to any instructions they may have for you. Allow plenty of space for other participants on the obstacles and please be considerate.
Water will be stationed midway along the route to keep you hydrated. Make sure you take on plenty of fluids, especially on hot days.
If you have entered any extra laps please follow the signs for the 10k & 15k routes.
At the finish line please collect your well earned medal and finishers gift.

Photographers will be ready & waiting to snap your finish line photo!
You can view and purchase prints and downloads at the photo tent or by visiting the website: www.i5k.photos.

Personalised certificates can be download 24 hours after the event from the booking information page (account holder login required).
Food stalls will be on site, why not grab a bite to eat & drink whilst you cheer on the other runners!
We hope you have a great time and look forward to seeing you on the day!

“The best thing to happen to Running, since the invention of trainers!”

The 2019 course will see 15 gigantic inflatable obstacles being placed around a 5km course. The obstacles are some of the largest, most extreme and enjoyable inflatable obstacles ever created. These fun inflatables allow participants to bong, bounce, crawl, climb and slide their way around the 5km course.

Despite their massive size, the events are suitable for participants of all athletic abilities and families, and children are actively encouraged to take part.

There are group and family discounts available at all the events. Runners can also choose to ‘go large’ and upgrade to the 10km or 15km routes for even more challenge and fun!
