We are a leading provider of palliative and end-of-life care in York and North Yorkshire. Our vision is that everyone living with a life-limiting illness should have access to the best possible care and be supported to die well.

We care for people with a wide range of conditions, including cancer, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, and advanced heart failure. Our services include an inpatient unit, Hospice@Home, bereavement support, carer support, and wellbeing drop-in sessions.

How your support could help us:

In the last year we:

> Cared for over 800 patients in our Hospice and in their own homes
> Enabled 226 family members and carers to have a break
> Supported 166 people living with bereavement
> Supported 285 individuals at our wellbeing drop-in sessions

All our care is provided free of charge, but with only 25% of our funding coming from the NHS, we need to raise over £6 million annually to keep our services running. The unrivalled care we offer is made possible thanks to the generosity and support of our community. We couldn’t do it without you!
