A cancer diagnosis can turn someone's world upside down. It affects not only the person diagnosed, but also their family, children, friends and carers. At CancerWise, we believe no one should have to face cancer alone.
CancerWise is a local charity based in Chichester, supporting people affected by cancer across West Sussex and Hampshire. We provide a warm, welcoming and compassionate space where people can access emotional support, practical help and opportunities to connect with others who understand what they are going through.
We're here for people, not just their diagnosis.

CancerWise supports people through the emotional and personal challenges that cancer can bring, helping them find strength, confidence and a better quality of life throughout their journey.
Our services include:
- Counselling and emotional support for adults, children and families affected by cancer
- Complementary therapies to support relaxation and wellbeing
- Support groups where people can share experiences, build friendships and feel understood
- Support for children and young people aged 4–17, as well as families and carers navigating the impact of cancer
Every person's experience is different, which is why we aim to provide compassionate, individual support when it is needed most.
