I Haven't Received a Wave Time. When Do I Start?
All participants who book through Run For Charity are automatically placed into a Flexi Wave. This means you do not have a specific start time and can choose when to begin within the allocated start window for your distance.
Start Windows
2.5k & 5k
- Start anytime between 9:00am and 2:00pm
10k & 15k
- Start anytime between 9:00am and 12:30pm
This flexible approach allows you to arrive at a time that suits you and start when you're ready.
Please note: Start times are occasionally subject to change. Any updates will be published on our website before the event.
I Haven't Received Any Information About the Event Day
There's no need to panic if you haven't heard from us yet!
Participants who book through Run For Charity will receive their pre-event communications directly from us during the week of the event, typically on Monday morning at around 7:30am.
This timing allows the Run For Charity account manager to upload participant details to our event system before we send out important event information.
If you have not received any communications by the week of your event, please contact Run For Charity directly to check the status of your booking and ensure your details have been submitted correctly.
I've Booked Through Run For Charity and Don't Know How Much I Need to Raise
If you're unsure about your fundraising target, we recommend contacting either your chosen charity or Run For Charity directly.
As the event organiser, we're responsible for delivering the Inflatable 5K and can help with any event-related questions. While we're always happy to point you in the right direction regarding your booking, fundraising requirements are managed by the charity and Run For Charity.
