The Percy Hedley Foundation is one of the North East’s leading disability charities, supporting more than 550 individuals and their families every week.
More about Percy Hedley Foundation
Established in 1953 as a small school for 12 children with cerebral palsy, the Foundation has grown to offer a wide range of specialist services. Today, we operate two schools, a college, a lifelong learning service, and a number of residential and Independent Supported Living homes.
With a dedicated team of over 1,000 staff, we deliver high-quality education, care, therapy, and learning opportunities for people with a range of disabilities - including cerebral palsy, autism, deafness, complex health conditions, and profound and multiple learning disabilities. Our goal is to empower every individual we support to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
