Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred palliative care and bereavement support to individuals and families across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Our mission is to help people with life-limiting illnesses live as well as possible for as long as possible, offering tailored care that respects each person’s wishes and needs. We deliver specialist nursing, medical, and therapeutic support in people’s homes, in the community, and at our hospice sites, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life at every stage.

SAHWR provide Domestic Abuse Services to people experience Domestic Abuse in Hertfordshire.

SAHWR is a registered charity, established in 1982, that provides specialist domestic abuse services across Hertfordshire. We provide support to vulnerable individuals (including single women, men and families) who are survivors of domestic abuse, including domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking and harrassment and stalking and digital abuse.

Supporting families with children's hospice care at home.

In the UK, more than 89,000 babies, children, and young people are living with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. With referrals increasing every year, the demand for children’s hospice services across the country continues to grow. The Pepper Foundation specifically supports children’s hospice-at-home services, which play a vital role in providing care and comfort to families and children facing these challenges. We believe that every child, regardless of the severity of their condition, deserves the chance to experience the joy of play. At the Pepper Foundation, we are committed to helping children and families living with complex health needs enjoy the highest possible quality of life, however brief that time may be.
