Experience Brighton's spectacular seafront like never before at the BrighTEN Marina Run, the first running event to take runners down the iconic Brighton Marina Wall and back again.
Starting in the heart of Brighton Marina, the route takes you along the dramatic Marina Wall, a stunning structure that juts out into the sea, giving you the incredible sensation of running above the water.
...From here, the course heads east along the scenic Undercliff Path towards Rottingdean, where crashing waves and towering chalk cliffs create an unforgettable backdrop. The return journey climbs up onto the Overcliff, offering sweeping views of the English Channel and Brighton's vibrant skyline before guiding runners back towards the Marina.
The adventure finishes at Brighton Marina with a lively atmosphere, coastal views, and a beautiful bespoke medal waiting at the finish line. Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply soaking up the scenery, this unique Brighton coastal running event showcases the very best of the city's iconic seafront.
Distance Options: 10k or 10 miles, suitable for all levels.

Getting to the BrighTEN (Brighton) Marina Run
Parking
If you're travelling by car, please use postcode BN2 5UT for sat-nav directions to the nearby multi-storey car park. You can also use What3Words to pinpoint the marina parking location precisely.
The venue is well served by public transport, with frequent bus services including the 7, 1X and 21, all stopping nearby.
Please note there is a 1.8m height restriction in the marina car park, and participants should not park in the ASDA car park, as this is for customers only.
What to Wear and Bring - The Essential Kit List
Important Information for Participants
- You will collect your running bib number on arrival at the event. Please bring your QR code with you on the day and head to 'Registration' for collection.
- Save The Event Phone Number: 02033 717 156.
- Bib numbers should be displayed clearly on the front of you.
- We are plastic free, please bring a reusable cup / bottle for use at the water stations.
- There will be First Aid support located at the on-course aid stations and event centre.
Spectators
Spectators are always welcome at the BrighTEN (Brighton) Marina Run. We love that spectators further add to the fantastic atmosphere at the event.
Finding Your Way on the Course - Signage
The race will be clearly signed using PINK arrows and PINK tape.
We will also mark hazards and road junctions with 'Caution' signs. Please take care at these points.
Event Day Timings for the BrighTEN (Brighton) Marina Run
7:30 am* - Venue Opens
The car park opens to allow runners to prepare themselves for the race and grab a coffee.
9:00 AM* - 10.0mi Distance Race Start!
The race kicks off as the Medium distance runners cross the start line.
9:25 AM* - 10.0km Distance Race Start!
The race kicks off as the Short distance runners cross the start line.
1:30 pm* - The Race Finishes / Cut-off Time
Your adventure finishes, you will cross the finish line and collect your bag full of goodies.
2:00 pm* - The Event Centre Closes
The venue closes.
