south downs
This ultimate walking event offers spectacular views across the rolling South Downs, with distant glimpses of the North Downs, Chichester Harbour, and even the Isle of Wight on a clear day.
The route is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the area's beauty, weaving through forest tracks, skirting the edge of Levin Down, and joining a stretch of the iconic South Downs Way. After a rewarding downhill into East Dean, there's one final climb before the triumphant finish back at Goodwood.
Expect a rich mix of forest paths, bridleways, and single-track trails, keeping every kilometer varied and engaging.
With three distances to choose from, this event has something for everyone, whether you're a dedicated hiker seeking a challenge, building confidence on the trails, or simply wanting to enjoy the incredible surroundings. As you cross the finish line, you will receive a well-earned medal, a refreshing drink, and exciting finisher's goodies.
